Kevin is a seasoned medical device executive with a career that has taken him from the production floor as a manufacturing engineer to a Vice President with strategic responsibilities in a global marketplace.
With nearly 30 years experience with industry giants such as Boston Scientific Corporation and Guidant, he has successfully delivered over 25 new products to market or clinical evaluation. He has also directed engineering, r&d, program management and clinical science organizations with an understanding of how to motivate and elicit performance from both internal and external relationships. His extensive portfolio of products demonstrates his passion for collaboration and the trust he has earned interfacing with other functional silos like sales and marketing, regulatory affairs, quality control and company operations.

Ken brings more than 15 years of sales and marketing to the Beacon Performance Group. In that time, he's also been a leading sales executive for training in the pharmaceutical industry, selling and managing training engagements for audiences exceeding 5,000 representatives. Clients served include Merck, Abbott, Bayer, Amgen, Shire, Endo, Siemens, AstraZeneca, Pfizer and GSK, to name a few. Ken has also worked in the commercial real estate industry representing the largest data services firm providing detailed commercial information to appraisers, owners, developers, brokers, and lenders.
What I find exciting about the combination of Beacon Performance Group and HumanGPS is that we offer clients a 360 degrees of coverage. We utilize our collective knowledge to identify the common areas of improvement and excellence, and more importantly, identify blind spots and create a training approach that mitigates risk.
